SUMMER LAW CLERK 

Saafi joins DC Affordable Law Firm as a 2026 Summer Law Clerk in the Probate and Estate Planning practice. He is excited to join DCALF to assist families navigating the complexities of estate planning and property preservation while expanding access to critical legal services.

Saafi is a rising 2L from Howard University School of Law. At Howard Law, he serves as the Director of Ethics and Policy for the Howard AI Law Society, and he will serve as a Student Attorney in the Heirs’ Property and Estate Planning Clinic beginning in Fall 2026. He is passionate about expanding access to legal services that help families preserve generational wealth, secure clear title to property, and protect the legacies they have worked to build for future generations.

Before Howard University School of Law, Saafi worked for several years in the electric vehicle, technology, and customer service industries. Those experiences sharpened his ability to break down complex and technical concepts for everyday audiences, a skill he continues to value as a way of connecting with people, building trust, and making information more accessible.
